Refund policy

At IntoMaps, our priority is for you to feel happy with your final piece. Every map is made especially for you, and each order goes through a custom process with a professional illustrator. Because of that, we include revisions and do our best to help whenever updates are needed along the way.

📥 Changes to Your Order

If you need to correct names, dates, locations, or other custom details, please update them as soon as possible through the delivery platform or email us at solutions@intomaps.com. We’ll always review the request and try to assist whenever possible.

✔ Revisions – We Want You to Love Your Map

Once your first draft is delivered, you’ll have up to 10 days to request changes. We offer revisions during that period so the piece can be adjusted and refined before the final version is approved.

You can request changes directly through the platform where your draft is delivered, or by emailing our support team. To help us process your request smoothly, please include:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear notes explaining the changes you’d like.

⏳ Cancellations and Refunds

Because each order is custom work, it enters our internal workflow shortly after purchase and is assigned to a professional illustrator.

Note: We are unable to cancel or refund an order once it has been placed.

If your customization form has not yet been completed, an illustrator may follow up with you to continue the process. If something important needs to be corrected, please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to help.

📦 Issues with Printed Items

If your printed order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

What we need to review your case:

To help us provide a solution, please include the following in your email:

  • A photo of the item.
  • A photo of the packaging.
  • A photo of the shipping label.
  • A short description of the problem.

Once reviewed, we’ll determine the best solution, which may include a replacement or refund when appropriate.

🚚 Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Delays or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please email us and we’ll investigate with the shipping carrier.

While delivery times are handled by the carrier and may occasionally fall outside our control, we’ll do everything we can to assist and help move the case forward.

❗ Final Note

IntoMaps creates made-to-order artwork rather than ready-made products. For that reason, orders are generally considered final once placed, except in cases where a printed item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
